Prof. Dr. Šarūnas Grigaliūnas is a cybersecurity professor, researcher and Head of KTU Cyber Security Centre of Excellence. He works at the intersection of post-quantum security, AI security governance, digital forensics and cyber resilience. His professional focus is to translate emerging cyber risks into practical strategies, governance models, executive education and infrastructure readiness.
