His work focuses on post-quantum security, AI security governance, digital forensics and cyber resilience, with a strong emphasis on practical readiness for critical sectors and public institutions.

Prof. Dr. Šarūnas Grigaliūnas is a cybersecurity professor, researcher and Head of KTU Cyber Security Centre of Excellence. He works at the intersection of post-quantum security, AI security governance, digital forensics and cyber resilience. His professional focus is to translate emerging cyber risks into practical strategies, governance models, executive education and infrastructure readiness. His work includes post-quantum cryptography, quantum communication infrastructure, CARI, the CAISO concept, digital evidence and critical-sector protection.
